With most of our clients being first-time buyers — and many returning — your introduction becomes a moment they won’t forget, especially as they’re reminded of it every day through the artwork that now shapes their environment.

Lead your clients on a story that says: we don’t just care about you; we care about doing so in a meaningful and continuously evolving way. That’s what it means to work with us.

How It Works:

Step 1: Make the Introduction

Introduce your contact via email, cc’ing Rafael@delcaiman.com. Just choose one of the short sample templates below; nothing more is required.

Step 2: We Guide Them Through the Process

Every referred client receives the quality experience we’re known for, no pressure, no sales tactics, just curated discovery. No matter the client, our focus is their journey, and what resonates with them.

Step 3: You Receive Your Referral Benefits

Once your referral makes a purchase, you recieve your preferred commission (see “Cash or Culture” below).

“Cash or Culture”- Your Referral Benefits:

10% commission on the artwork sale price, either as cash or credit to reinvest toward building your own collection.

With an average artwork sale of $2,500, each referral gives you meaningful income, or the opportunity to acquire museum-level pieces for yourself. You’re not just gaining compensation. You’re becoming the connector who offers people an experience they would never find on their own.

How to Introduce Us (Sample Templates)

General Introduction:

Hey [Name], I want to introduce you to Rafael. I visited his studio recently and the way he helps people find their artwork is incredibly thoughtful. It’s not like a gallery, it’s more like a personal art matchmaker. I think you’d really enjoy the experience.

In-Person (Casual):

Hi Rafael, I’d like to stop by the studio with [Name]. After hearing about my visit, they were curious, and I think an in-person introduction would be perfect. Let me know what times work.

In-Person (Professional):

Rafael, I’d like to schedule a time to introduce [Name] to you in person at the studio. After experiencing your approach myself, I’m confident they’ll benefit from seeing the work and speaking with you directly. Please share a few time options.

Collector to Friend:

Hey [Name], I wanted to connect you with Rafael from Del Caimán. He helped me find the artwork in my home that we spoke of, and the whole process was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I think you’d really enjoy a visit to the studio—it’s private and surprisingly immersive. I’ll let you two connect.

Corporate / Professional Introduction:

Hi Rafael, I’d like you to meet [Name], who’s looking for high-quality artwork and experiences for their team/clients. I think what you do would be a great fit. Excited to see what you create together.
