1. How do I qualify for rewards?
Direct your guests to our events page to register at an upcoming Salon Series event or forward them this link to schedule a private appointment at Cueva. Each guest you introduce counts toward your total. You can also communicate with me to schedule any appointments on their behalf.
2. Do my guests need to attend for me to get credit?
Yes. To count, your guests must actually attend the Salon Series event or the private appointment they registered for, prior to Sojourn.
3. Who gets invited to the Sojourn After Party?
Cueva Caimán members receive automatic entry. Non-members can unlock entry by having 3 or more guests attend a Salon Series event or private appointment before Sojourn.
4. Will the guests I bring also get into the after party?
Maybe. After party access is exclusive to those who personally register 3 or more guests. If any of your guests bring three of their own, the offer applies to them as well.
5. What if I only bring in 2 guests?
You’ll receive a special invitation code for Sojourn checkout that reduces your ticket price. This code will be linked to your email, thus is unique to you and non-transferable.
6. What happens if I bring 4 or more guests?
You unlock everything above plus a complimentary ticket to Sojourn with Cueva in addition to after party access. Bring more than 6 and we'll have a special surprise for you and your guests.
7. Can my guests invitations be spread across different events?
Yes. As long as the guests attend a Salon Series Event or a private appointment before the date of Sojourn, they all count toward your total.
8. How will you track who I’ve brought?
Each guest will be tagged in our system under your name when they RSVP or sign in. We’ll confirm your total with you before Sojourn.
9. Can I combine my guests with my partner?
Yes. Couples may combine their totals, and in recognition of that, each reward tier requires just one additional guest to activate, meaning 4 guests are required for the Afters entry
10. How do I find the schedule for Salon Series events or make a private appointment?
